Data for all 12 microarray expression experiments are available for
 downloading in both tab-delimited text and Macintosh Excel 98 formats
 with file name: totaldataset.  These include the averages (AVE) and
 standard errors (SE)of four spotted cDNA microarray hybridizations
 for each experiment, analyzed as indicated in Materials and Methods.
  These data include mutant versus wild type and mutant versus mutant
 hybridizations as indicated in the header.

The full list of genes derepressed by isw2 mutation in sin3 or rpd3
 mutant backgrounds are also available as text or in Macintosh Excel 98
 format with file name: synth_isw2.  This list is the 315 genes that 
are at least 1.7-fold derepressed in isw2 sin3 and/or isw2 rpd3 mutant
 backgrounds versus sin3 or rpd3 mutants, respectively.  (A portion of
 these genes can be found in Table 3.)
