Our Research

The Edlefsen Group at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, a part of the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division (VIDD), works to advance infectious disease vaccine research through an interdisciplinary approach attuned to the evolving techniques and technologies of translational medicine. We harness core advances in the fields of biology, biostatistics and bioinformatics to support our collaborators throughout the scientific process, contributing to study design, grant writing, and reproducible data analysis. By engaging directly with vaccine researchers in collaborative exchange, the Edlefsen Group develops solutions to complex problems.
