Who We Are

Edlefsen Group members work collaboratively across multiple labs and consortia, on a wide range of projects. We are a small but diverse team of researchers able to cross expertise barriers to communicate effectively about complex topics in statistics and bioinformatics, as well as in molecular and infectious disease biology. We help find solutions to complex globally relevant problems. We love collaborations and work very hard to develop and maintain strong ties throughout the research community. Our primary goal is to advance the field of infectious disease vaccine research. We accomplish this goal through teamwork and interdisciplinary strength. We are friendly, approachable and love to geek out with other researchers about how we can help each other advance statistical and biological science and more rapidly achieve our shared goals of improving public health worldwide.
