Welcome to the Li Lab at Fred Hutch. We utilize functional genomics CRISPR screens to understand the regulation of key oncogenes, investigate drug resistance, and identify targets for cancer immunotherapy. Affiliated with the Fred Hutch Prostate Cancer Program, the Human Biology Division, we leverage expertise in cancer cell biology, immunology, CRISPR screening, and genomics to translate our discoveries from the lab to the clinic.
