Chromatin dysregulation in Pancreaticobiliary Cancer

The central theme of the Kugel Lab is to study how the dysregulation of chromatin modifying enzymes contributes to pancreaticobiliary cancer pathogenesis and, further, whether these pathways present liabilities that could be exploited for cancer therapy.
