Welcome to the Shadman Group

The Shadman Group's research focuses on studying epidemiology of hematologic neoplasms; and the association between autoimmune disorders, allergy and asthma and hematologic malignancies. Using the VITAL cohort data, Dr. Shadman took the lead on a project that looked at this association and reported a positive correlation between specific types of allergies and hematologic cancer.
