March 2024: Congratulations to Nayvin Chew for passing his general exam! Ph.D. Candidate!!

2023

May 2023: The Barry lab joined the Hull family and the woderful BOWL-A-NOMA community to participate in the 2023 Edition of BOWL-A-NOMA to raise funds and awareness for melanoma research, treatment, and prevention.

August 2023: Kevin and the Barry lab are awarded a Research Scholar Grant from the American Cancer Society to support their research into the immunomodulatory role of natural killer cells in shaping immune responses to cancer.

June 2023: Kevin and the Barry lab are awarded a Young Investigator Award from the Melanoma Research Alliance to support their research into the innate immune response to melanoma.

2022

December 2022: The Barry lab was proud to win the 2023 Translational Research Program holiday ornament contest with their original design made only from lab materials and determination.
