Welcome to Lin Lab

We study the function of the non-coding genome, with a special focus on oncogenic regulatory networks. We use a combination of multiplexed CRISPR screening, deep learning modeling, and statistical methods to uncover interactive logics within the non-coding regulatory networks from multimodel data, and utilize these rules to understand the consequences of non-coding mutations (germline mutations and somatic mutations) through the regulatory networks on cancer risk.
