Welcome to Xueqiu(Chu) Lin Lab
We study the function of the non-coding genome, with a special focus on oncogenic regulatory networks. We use a combination of multiplexed CRISPR screening, deep learning modeling, and statistical methods to uncover underlying logic and DNA sequence codes within higher-order non-coding regulatory networks from multimodal human genomics data. We then translate these rules into clinical applications by interpreting and experimentally validating the consequences of non-coding mutations (germline and somatic) in clinical genomics, advancing precision oncology.
