Schedule a Consultation
Please use the BC3 request form to set up an appointment. You will be scheduled to meet with a BC3 faculty member or statistical research associate who can directly help you or refer you to another data scientist or colleague. Please share a brief description of your research aims and let us know what you wish to accomplish during the consulting appointment.
Drop-in office hours:
We also have drop-in office hours once a month to discuss requests or talk through a request you have submitted. No appointment is necessary. Office hours are held at the following times/locations:
2nd Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Alternating rooms
Arnold Building M2-B102 for odd months (January, March, May, July, September, November)
Steam Plant S2-153 for even months (February, April, June, August, October, December)
Plan Ahead for Abstract Deadlines
To ensure quality support for your abstracts, please notify the BC3 team early in your planning process. This allows time for collaboration and thorough review.
Policy: Finalized data must be provided at least four weeks before your abstract deadline. Failure to do so means we cannot guarantee completing analyses in time.
Guidelines
Notify us via BC3 Request Form of your intent to submit at least two months before the deadline and schedule a planning meeting.
Provide finalized data about one month before the deadline for analysis.
