The Vision

The Collisson lab uses clinical and lab approaches to study fundamental processes relating to the development and maintenance of deadly cancers. We operate in a diversity of research areas- including KRAS biology and developing cutting-edge animal models to answer fundamental therapeutic questions. We take high-throughput approaches, analyzing hundreds of thousands to millions of data points at once, using unique and complex libraries coupled to deep sequencing.  Our systems span from cell culture to in vivo models, to direct evaluation of clinical samples from our patients focusing on a broad array of disease relevant tissues.  We develop new technologies to address unmet challenges and advance science in leaps and bounds through collaboration. And we do it all with a beautiful view!
