Christine is a Bioinformatics Analyst in the Setty Lab. She received her B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Data Science at the UW. She received Interdisciplinary Honors through the UW Honors Program.

Christine previously worked as an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Jeff Rasmussen's lab where she studied the transcriptomic responses of neurons and various skin cells in the skin in response to cutaneous injury.  She will be working with single-cell RNA-seq data and spatial transcriptomics to investigate cell-cell communication.

Outside of the lab,  Christine enjoys baking, drawing, and playing video games. She has also been learning how to crochet blankets and amigurumis.
