Lin Zhang grew up in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China. She came to Seattle in 2009. She got her bachelor’s degrees on Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Washington, Seattle. Lin joined the Bai Lab as an intern and stayed in the lab after she graduated.

Lin enjoys the beautiful nature and gourmet food. She also likes to carve pumpkins (and she’s great at it).
